Vocalcom had developed the contact center recording iRecoder on Voip Intel Dialogic HMP platform. This innivating solution has been developed to exploit IP technologies in perfect harmony and take best advantages: costs reduce up to 50%, customer service optimization, increase of quality and productivity.

VoIP and multimedia

HMP Software is a specific solution developed to optimize all media processes on a standard high capacity server (SHV) without any Digital Signal Processing (DSP). Integrating HMP to the Vocalcom servers gives you a full IP Multimedia platform, efficient, stable and robust, and last generation innovation.
Nevertheless, connections to the public switched telephone network (PSTN) T1/E1is still available by adding specific telephony interface boards, developped to work with HMP Software. There are therefore two different types of available architectures: full VoIP (Internal and external Telecom) or voice over IP, using VoIP gateways.

Flexibility and Reliability

You have the ability to scale with the necessary software resources based on your needs and adapt to your growth and your current activities.

Today, HMP Software allows you to use 400 simultaneous resources by HMP_M server managing medias (voice, G711, G723,G729,fax,video), and 600 on HMP_C servers (SIP signalization, Call control) with consuming 65% of the CPU (tested on a Dual Intel Xeon 3.6 GHz server with 50% of the CPU available for other applications)
HMP Software, In order to accommodate larger platforms, Vocalcom has developed a way to virtualize the applications by distributing the load on multiple servers allowing the servers to performer faster and provide added security to attain center up to 2 000 agents.

Host Media performs as peripheral device in kernel mode, using real time priorities from the Windows operating system. When HMP initializes all the available resources are activated based on demand.

HMP Software The contact center recording Irecorder architecture has been developed with HMP Software ( HMP_Master, HMP_M, HMP_C ) with fail over and disaster recovery capabilities. In the event were a component of the architecture is not available the system will automatically provide redundancy without interrupting service providing a global annual service uptime of 99,9%.

Irecorder is the most economical call reording solution, allowing the recording of 2.000 calls simutaneously from one uniqueand centralized platform regardless the number of your sites. The contact center recording iRecorder will allow you to storage only and automatically sales or records choosen by your supervisors. Le contact center recording iRecorder offers to record the screen activity of the agents, which will be associated to the call or videa call record.
By means of an intrusion (conference) functions you can now record all the calls that come in and out of your call center. The recordings are activated with great secrecy for an agent and or a VDN.
