Vocalcom Secures Atento’s Stellar Customer Relationship Status

The company hopes to focus on adapting to the needs of its new generation of customers by providing a chat application in the future. “We need to be prepared to be sure our customer service will adapt itself to the future,” Baychelier stressed.
