Salesforce Helps Achieve World Record at Call Center and Customer Management Expo 2013

Congratulations go out to cloud contact center solution provider NewVoiceMedia, who recently set a new world record by building a fully integrated contact center from scratch in just 28 minutes.

The challenge was part of a workshop designed to help delegates learn about the steps needed to create a mobile contact center. The event kicked off at 10:30 a.m. on October 2, 2013, and the contact center was completed less than a half hour later, empowered by Salesforce integration, which provided a full call flow, ACD and routing capabilities.

The event took place at the Call Center and Customer Management Expo 2013, which effectively brings the entire call center industry under one roof.  Vocalcom partner Salesforce made it out to the festivities, which happened right ahead of National Customer Service Week (October 7-13), which celebrated its 21rst anniversary this year.

Paul Turner, COO at NewVoiceMedia, explained, “A cloud contact center provides a superior alternative to on-premise solutions and can be deployed quickly, which means you are delivering added value to your organization as soon as possible.”
