    Contact Center For The Modern Age. Nothing but great

    Vocalcom cloud contact center is easy to use and very intuitive. We use vocalcom cloud contact center for more functions than nearly anyone else out there. It literally runs our entire business, and it does it very well. We have modules we have built out that have passed audits, and we have saved countless hours implementing vocalcom cloud contact center. I was especially impressed that Vocalcom strives to offer enterprise level features at a fairly affordable rate - At a moment’s notice, we can design and deploy new campaigns and report results immediately. With Vocalcom cloud contact center solution, all is included. It’s all in one place. I strongly recommend this solution.

    Vocalcom has outperformed every other hosted solution we have tried.

    We spent about 6 months. comparing the different cloud contact center offerings and in the end we decided to go with Vocalcom cloud contact center for a variety of reasons but mainly because of their reputation in the industry, the flexibility, the resiliency of their cloud platform and moreover because the agent console enables our agents to move seamlessly between voice calls, emails, live chat, social media, and mobile care. Vocalcom cloud contact center has been transformative to our business, enabling us to offer easier, faster, and more efficient customer service while allowing staff to work remotely; whether at home or even in a different country.

    What a positive experience!

    Running a large cloud contact center we have tried many other cloud contact center services. Needless to say, most all were a disaster and had a negative impact on our business. Through a referral we were turned onto Vocalcom about 15 months ago. What a positive experience, from the technology to the superb and prompt customer service. We could not be happier. We have had nearly 100% uptime and an issue has never not been resolved in a very prompt manner. I have and will continue to use Vocalcom cloud contact center software and recommend them to any that could benefit from a cloud contact solution.
