    Our experience with Vocalcom for the past four years has been absolutely fantastic

    Vocalcom is not just a multichannel contact center system, its a user friendly platform where we can develop our own CRM front end interfaces to stakeholders and business partners. This helped us not to rely on third party companies to develop solutions for us, which consequently enhanced our relation with our partners.

    In addition, our experience with Vocalcom for the past four years has been absolutely fantastic, and of course that is due to the continuous support from Ali and Ahmad which have been there for us whenever we had any request or face any problem.

    We are extremely proud that we have been recognised for the fourth year in succession and have been awarded The Best Customer Services in Telecoms & Media achieving a fantastic score of 95.6 percent. What has made these awards even more significant this year is that we achieved these results while structural and system changes were being implemented and most companies choose to withdraw from the programme while implementing change. ITV Viewer Services has elected to partner with Vocalcom to provide us with true unified communications - a cloud based contact centre solution and a platform for us to launch further technologies, to extend communication channels for our viewers. Our decision to remain in the programme while implementing change was driven by the fact that our viewers will continue to contact us and any changes we implement should appear seamless to our viewers. We are all challenged by gremlins that affect service delivery, however resilient business continuity processes will ensure minimal operational impact. PIXmania has replaced a patchwork of 10 tools with an integrated solution combining Vocalcom Multi-channel Contact Center Management and Zendesk Customer Service Software.     No matter what concept we come up with, Vocalcom seems to have a solution for it.

    No matter what concept we come up with, Vocalcom seems to have a solution for it. The functionality is so user friendly and intuitive, much better than my previous interface with another contact center software provider. It handles call volume very well and agents love it. Since we switched to Vocalcom, agents productivity has tripled and customer satisfaction has increased by up to 37%. We've been routing calls, emails, social posts, and chats, faster and very effectively so far. The Vocalcom user interface is amazing, one of the nicest I've seen in a long time. It is intuitive and user friendly and completely eliminated any learning curve - This is just a great product, and it's making my life much easier.

    They made it so easy to transition from Five9 to Vocalcom.

    Right off the rip we could tell they were different. They made it so easy to transition from Five9 to Vocalcom cloud contact center. Their training was well paced. Throughtout the startup process they helped us out with very fast response to our questions. The entire Vocalcom contact center software works far more intuitively than anything we have used before. We needed an integration with our CRM, AddressTwo. Another problem we had in the past was with sound quality - packet loss, jitter and dropped calls. We've not experience this with Vocalcom cloud contact center software. Good connections and sound quality. Did I say that customer service is amazing? Well, it is. I can't recommend Vocalcom enough. Really happy we made the switch!

    Excellent Value for a Very Flexible & Extensible Platform

    Great developed software, and so far the best experience. I would definitely recommend Vocalcom contact center software. They are easy to do business with, and simple. I have been searching for a contact center software solution to build a 24/7 support. The Vocalcom contact center solution is the most versatile, fast and powerful contact center software available today. It's easy to use and very easy for new agents to catch on to the agent app. The ability to manage campaign specifics without contacting support is great. Excellent first class all the way no others compare. Happy that I found this one. Thanks

    Now my first and only choice is Vocalcom.

    We're used to dealing with fluctuations in demand, but to upscale effectively we need to be highly flexible and adaptable. Vocalcom cloud call center software ensures our infrastructure operates as seamlessly as possible, so that each customer receives excellent service, regardless of the season. The Vocalcom contact center software allows us to easily blend agent skills and language skills since we service over 10 different languages and even more countries round the clock. What's great is that we're far more agile now, and with cloud technology we're better prepared than ever before for any upsurge in demand. Now my first and only choice is Vocalcom.

    A contact center software is very well-made.

    The software is very well-made. The Vocalcom contact center software is very user-friendly and functional. Our case manager has been wonderful going through everything with us, helping us understand how to best use the system to our advantage. If you are already using another program, I would still encourage you to check this out. Look at its functionality, simplicity, user-friendliness, and organization. Not only is the software great, but the people work directly with you, show you how to use the system, and come up with a game plan specifically for what you want. They are wonderful, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

    Vocalcom's contact center softawre not only came in at half the price of the competition, but also offered additional functionality that the others couldn't provide. We’re now able to deliver an intensely personalised service; thereby enhancing the customer experience, while improving satisfaction in our contact centers. A powerful and simple contact center software. I have used several other solutions similar to this, and Vocalcom is a giant leap above all the rest. It's simple with easy list CRM integration and helpful team always on call, and without firewall issues.

    We are thrilled with the flexibility, customization, ease of use and the capabilities provided by Vocalcom contact center software. It really has enhanced our services and responses time as well as the customer experience we provide. The contact center software interface is easy to use and quick. It allows our support team to tackle a high volume of tickets and either solve the problem or escalate it to our engineering team. Vocalcom contact center software also includes excellent reporting so we can track how effective each agent is and identify problem based on ticket volumes. It's also really customizable.

    The service after the sale is way above expectations.

    What attracted me to Vocalcom was the fact that they offered integration for my current CRM. After looking into several companies, these guys had all the right answers and have delivered on what they promised. The service after the sale is way above expectations as well. Contact center softwere from Vocalcom is the only contact center product that allowed us have a unified queue for chat, phone, and email. It is completely browser based and works with any phone. This allows me to have my reps work from anywhere and cover a greater range of support hours. The set up and configuration was quick and easy and we were up and running in just a few days. I recommend Vocalcom contact center software for all your contact center needs.
