We’ve contributed to their product development and they’ve given me innovative technologies that allow me to deliver exceptional services for our clients. Both DBF and Vocalcom share a philosophy focused around designing systems that simplify work process, empower people to do a better job and provide insight into both customer satisfaction and contact centre performance. At this point technology becomes a real competitive differentiator for us. I have had companies visit our contact centre, see what we can do and say “Wow! I wish I had technology like this in my contact centre!” When companies outsource to DBF they’re getting immediate access to state of the art technology with no upfront capital investment combined, of course, with all of DBF’s experience in managing and transforming customer operations.     We're far more agile now. It is different, unique and efficient.

    Vocalcom call center software architecture provides an ideal answer with a platform that allows us to tailor our service cost-effectively and manage social, mobile, chat, and email, in addition to traditional inbound, outbound and blended voice capabilities. Email routing to specialized super-agents has added one more sales avenue for us. Using the open interfaces and simple yet powerful call center software scripting we've also created a powerful outbound survey application, and integrated it with the Vocalcom call Center IVR engine quickly and easily. The outbound survey application has allowed us to assess our customer satisfaction levels and assess agent training needs. We chose Vocalcom as they ticked every one of our requirement boxes.

    Our agents absolutely love using Vocalcom. They now handle twice as many support requests. Vocalcom contact center software is a very mature product that has proven to be easy to use and even easier to customize to our needs, all the while offering tremendous power. It also presents a simple interface to our non-tech users. With the online interface and the mobile app on both Apple and Android, it's simply indispensable now.

    After only a very short time this is having a dramatic, positive impact.

    Customer satisfaction is critical to our business, so we wanted the best call center technology known to man. We’ll now be able to activate our call center agents with just an internet connection and access reports showing the performance of our call center at the click of a mouse. After only a very short time this is having a dramatic, positive impact on the service we give to our customer across social networks, websites, and mobile devices. Most impressively, the call center software is highly customizable for a cloud based solution, and is the first call center software I've used that had webhooks integration which is very valuable for our company.

    By far best call center software provider! Since deploying Vocalcom call center software, we significantly improve our agent productivity and the effectiveness of every customer interaction. We radically improve agent productivity performance, as agents handle multiple contacts simultaneously and quickly access customer context information from one agent workspace. We’ve been using Vocalcom call center software for over one years and it has had a tremendously positive impact on the business. We were growing quickly we did have the tools needed to help us collaborate around customers across functional teams (sales, customer satisfaction, marketing, etc.).     Amazingly simple yet really powerful call center software.

    Vocalcom call center software is everything you need in a call center. The Vocalcom CTI has been fantastic! It is ensuring everything is done in an efficient manner and streamlining processes within other business applications. Implementation has been smooth and the integration with salesforce is simple. We are already seeing an increase in both activities and efficiencies. The call recording capabilities are particularly useful for compliance and training. Our agents have been able to process a significantly larger number of emails, chat, and social interactions with Vocalcom call center software, compared to the systems we have had in the past, without compromising the accuracy of answers. Consumers appreciate the high quality and rapid response time Arvato offers. Vocalcom call center software has proved to be the single largest contributor to the operational efficiency that we have achieved in our contact centers.

    There is no comparison to the functions that Vocalcom call center software has.

    Vocalcom call center software meets all of our call center needs. The design of this software is great. We have been using Vocalcom cloud contact center since January 2014. The software itself has more capabilities than any other that we reviewed. The functionality is great! In addition they seamlessly integrate with many of the CRM and Workforce Management tools (ie Salesforce, ZenDesk, Microsoft Dynamics) Compare all of the players in the space...you will see that there is no comparison to the functions that Vocalcom call center software has. Many of the functions are not even available with the others. We have already recommended it to several of our partners.

    Vocalcom call center software has been transformative to our business.

    Very user friendly and flexible call center software. Been using Vocalcom call center software app over 8 month now and has been a stable and an excellent product with seamless integration with Salesforce.     The software in general is very easy to use and operate.

    We has been using Vocalcom for over 6 months now. The incredible support and sales staff have been great. Their call center software has increased our leads, conversions and sales over 45%. The software in general is very easy to use and operate. The functionality of everything and what you can do is incredible. The reporting interface in clean and simple and the system integrates with our sales manager system through an api. There was no problem setting up anything and we have no issues at all.
