The service after the sale is way above expectations.

What attracted me to Vocalcom was the fact that they offered integration for my current CRM. After looking into several companies, these guys had all the right answers and have delivered on what they promised. The service after the sale is way above expectations as well. Contact center softwere from Vocalcom is the only contact center product that allowed us have a unified queue for chat, phone, and email. It is completely browser based and works with any phone. This allows me to have my reps work from anywhere and cover a greater range of support hours. The set up and configuration was quick and easy and we were up and running in just a few days. I recommend Vocalcom contact center software for all your contact center needs.
