He is a past President of a Legal Society and holds Competent Communicator and Advanced Communicator designations from Toastmasters International. The site that accompany's the Netiquette Book Series was coded by hand. It started the Information Age in 2006. Teachers and students around the world use it as the standard for internet etiquette, Netiquette. Teachers in the USA had to ask permission to use it. So, Chiles, gave license to accredited schools and made Netiquette Books even better.
