Vocalcom, an international SaaS publisher of customer interaction management solutions (CCaaS), publishes its first CSR report for 2025, produced in accordance with the VSME standard. Built around four pillars — environment, social responsibility, ethics and responsible purchasing —, the report outlines the Group’s commitments to reducing its carbon footprint (3,131 tCO₂e in 2023, targeting −5% by 2030), developing its human capital (134 employees, ~30 nationalities, 99% permanent contracts), information security (ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification) and the progressive integration of ESG criteria into its supply chain. Born from collaborative workshops held with all Group managers, this initiative reflects Vocalcom’s ambition to combine technological performance with societal responsibility.
