This event was an opportunity for Vocalcom to present its new technologies in a bucolic setting, on a stand imagined as a garden to Cultivate Customer Relationships. Alongside our experts, visitors were able to discover how AI can irrigate the customer journey and fertilize natural interactions.

The second highlight was Konecta’s feedback on the synergy between Manifone and Vocalcom to boost call campaigns performance, a replay is available.

This year, Vocalcom offered a disruptive walk in the heart of a garden presenting our 4-step approach to AI: Analyze, Anticipate, Automate, Assist!

Through this throwback video, dive into the key moments of this event: the signature of our two technological partnerships, one with Manifone to boost outbound call campaigns, and the second with Yactraq to revolutionize conversational analysis. The days were punctuated by 2 speeches and a VIP afterwork, bringing together customers and partners.
