    What we love about the Vocalcom solution is the simplicity of having everything inside of Salesforce.

    In my 25 years in IT & contact centres I have deployed and managed most of the major vendors’ solutions so I understand how complex and costly managing these systems can be. What we love about the Vocalcom solution is the simplicity of having everything inside of Salesforce and being able to manage everything from within the platform. By writing workflows inside of Salesforce, Choosewell will no longer have to manage complex integrations or write APIs that pass data backwards and forwards. At the same time, all of the data we have in Salesforce can be made available to make better routing decisions and provide for a much improved customer experience. The omni- channel routing providing by Vocalcom will also allow us to ‘push’ all channels to any agent that has that skill set which will make them more productive and enable us to meet our service levels for every type of contact. By having every piece of data about every interaction inside of Salesforce our analytics become much less complex and more powerful and we will finally have the single source of truth we have been looking for.

    Powerful CTI Integration for Salesforce.

    Vocalcom call center software and Salesforce are the best out there! I can access both systems from just about anywhere! The call Center Software from Vocalcom is easy to use on every level within the call center. Being able to seamlessly integrate Salesforce.com and consolidate multiple levels of customer interactions reduces support costs and increases speed to service. It's simple to use yet full of features. The implementation, training and support teams have been fantastic, extremely helpful and responsive. Movement of calls between multi sites have been alot easier - A true pleasure to work with.

    Very easy to use and extremely effective

    Entirely embedded in Salesforce, Vocalcom has been very easy to use and extremely effective at driving customer engagement. Vocalcom is the best call center software I have ever used, and I have used many. It is adaptable, convenient, and user-friendly. The phrase "You get what you pay for" sums up Vocalcom. There were many call center software for Salesforce that my company looked at from all different price ranges. Vocalcom is the Facebook of call center software. It's simplified so that anyone can use it with ease. It has a great look to it, is fun to use, and keeps you involved in all of the day-to-day call center events. I rarely give perfect marks but this company actually deserves it.
