Very easy to use and extremely effective

Entirely embedded in Salesforce, Vocalcom has been very easy to use and extremely effective at driving customer engagement. Vocalcom is the best call center software I have ever used, and I have used many. It is adaptable, convenient, and user-friendly. The phrase "You get what you pay for" sums up Vocalcom. There were many call center software for Salesforce that my company looked at from all different price ranges. Vocalcom is the Facebook of call center software. It's simplified so that anyone can use it with ease. It has a great look to it, is fun to use, and keeps you involved in all of the day-to-day call center events. I rarely give perfect marks but this company actually deserves it.
