Vocalcom shines in GetApp’s Cloud Contact Center Software Category Leader ranking. GetApp, a Gartner company, released its Q3 2016 ranking of the top cloud-based Contact Center Software applications has once again put Vocalcom at the top of the list by a large margin, while Talkdesk and Shotel battled it out for second and third, respectively, with only 3 points separating the two.
Notably, Vocalcom is one of only a handful of Call Center solutions with a mobile app.Based on five unique factors each worth 20 points, the ranking is meant for business owners and decision makers looking for a shortlist of Contact Center software for their growing company. The five data points included in the ranking are user reviews, software security, mobile app availability, software integrations, and media presence, each contributing to a total potential score of 100.
