    No matter what concept we come up with, Vocalcom seems to have a solution for it.

    No matter what concept we come up with, Vocalcom seems to have a solution for it. The functionality is so user friendly and intuitive, much better than my previous interface with another contact center software provider. It handles call volume very well and agents love it. Since we switched to Vocalcom, agents productivity has tripled and customer satisfaction has increased by up to 37%. We've been routing calls, emails, social posts, and chats, faster and very effectively so far. The Vocalcom user interface is amazing, one of the nicest I've seen in a long time. It is intuitive and user friendly and completely eliminated any learning curve - This is just a great product, and it's making my life much easier.

    Vocalcom has been a game changer for us in terms of call volume and productivity.

    Vocalcom predictive dialer is a must have app for any company that makes phone calls! Team morale and user adoption have been extremely high, and the Vocalcom customer support teams have been outstanding. I would recommend Vocalcom predictive dialer to anyone who is looking to take their inside sales or telemarketing team to the next level. It also provides us with a basic CRM which allows us to better manage our customers.

    We're far more agile now. It is different, unique and efficient.

    Vocalcom call center software architecture provides an ideal answer with a platform that allows us to tailor our service cost-effectively and manage social, mobile, chat, and email, in addition to traditional inbound, outbound and blended voice capabilities. Email routing to specialized super-agents has added one more sales avenue for us. Using the open interfaces and simple yet powerful call center software scripting we've also created a powerful outbound survey application, and integrated it with the Vocalcom call Center IVR engine quickly and easily. The outbound survey application has allowed us to assess our customer satisfaction levels and assess agent training needs. We chose Vocalcom as they ticked every one of our requirement boxes.

    Excellent Value for a Very Flexible & Extensible Platform

    Great developed software, and so far the best experience. I would definitely recommend Vocalcom contact center software. They are easy to do business with, and simple. I have been searching for a contact center software solution to build a 24/7 support. The Vocalcom contact center solution is the most versatile, fast and powerful contact center software available today. It's easy to use and very easy for new agents to catch on to the agent app. The ability to manage campaign specifics without contacting support is great. Excellent first class all the way no others compare. Happy that I found this one. Thanks

    Now my first and only choice is Vocalcom.

    We're used to dealing with fluctuations in demand, but to upscale effectively we need to be highly flexible and adaptable. Vocalcom cloud call center software ensures our infrastructure operates as seamlessly as possible, so that each customer receives excellent service, regardless of the season. The Vocalcom contact center software allows us to easily blend agent skills and language skills since we service over 10 different languages and even more countries round the clock.     It is impressive and powerful predictive dialer developed so far I watched.

    OK...So here we are working with a new predictive dialer. We have used 'Dialers' for over 20 years.. going back to Noble dialer, Five9 predictive dialer, SpitFire, or Incontact predictive dialer, Call them what you want... we have at one time tried or used all in earnest. Along comes Vocalcom... It is impressive and powerful predictive dialer developed so far I watched. Vocalcom's predictive dialer drastically improved the efficiency of your campaigns by providing our agents much more talk time with real, live, prospects. If there's no answer, Vocalcom predictive dialer automatically leave a prerecorded message and route inbound return phone calls to the same agents. They have changed the game...Since deploying Vocalcom predictive dialer, business has quadrupled. Our recommendation... If you are looking to increase your collection production, have happier teleSales people, nothing could be better. I would definitely recommend Vocalcom. They are easy and simple.

    Our agents absolutely love using Vocalcom. They now handle twice as many support requests. Vocalcom contact center software is a very mature product that has proven to be easy to use and even easier to customize to our needs, all the while offering tremendous power. It also presents a simple interface to our non-tech users. With the online interface and the mobile app on both Apple and Android, it's simply indispensable now.

    By far best call center software provider! Since deploying Vocalcom call center software, we significantly improve our agent productivity and the effectiveness of every customer interaction. We radically improve agent productivity performance, as agents handle multiple contacts simultaneously and quickly access customer context information from one agent workspace. We’ve been using Vocalcom call center software for over one years and it has had a tremendously positive impact on the business.
