    They made it so easy to transition from Five9 to Vocalcom.

    Right off the rip we could tell they were different. They made it so easy to transition from Five9 to Vocalcom cloud contact center. Their training was well paced. Throughtout the startup process they helped us out with very fast response to our questions. The entire Vocalcom contact center software works far more intuitively than anything we have used before. We needed an integration with our CRM, AddressTwo. Another problem we had in the past was with sound quality - packet loss, jitter and dropped calls. We've not experience this with Vocalcom cloud contact center software. Good connections and sound quality. Did I say that customer service is amazing? Well, it is. I can't recommend Vocalcom enough. Really happy we made the switch!

    Native Dialing Solution for Salesforce

    Outbound call solution integrated directly into Salesforce.

    Lead Generation Without Speed Limits! Fantastic native dialing solution for Salesforce. Easy to use dialer application and just an awesome product. Dramatic increase in productivity and all the time consuming manual clicks we usually did are automated with a single disposition. Having a “Native” predictive dialer to Salesforce is a must for inside sales/telemarkeitng and collections teams. The efficiency gains is huge. We have implemented and evaluated multiple dialers and the Vocalcom guys have the best dialing system for Salesforce to date. The fact that it is native to Salesforce makes the functionality in Salesforce heads and shoulders above the others; predictive dialing, click-to-call, post-call automation, regional ID, call monitoring and recording, live dashboards, outbound IVR, predictive/preview dialing, SMS messaging, email, and mobile web to help organizations reach their customers through compliant contact strategies. Very impressive, great functionality, excellent support, I highly recommend to any business with an inside sales team.

    After only a very short time this is having a dramatic, positive impact.

    Customer satisfaction is critical to our business, so we wanted the best call center technology known to man. We’ll now be able to activate our call center agents with just an internet connection and access reports showing the performance of our call center at the click of a mouse. After only a very short time this is having a dramatic, positive impact on the service we give to our customer across social networks, websites, and mobile devices. Most impressively, the call center software is highly customizable for a cloud based solution, and is the first call center software I've used that had webhooks integration which is very valuable for our company.

    Powerful CTI Integration for Salesforce.

    Vocalcom call center software and Salesforce are the best out there! I can access both systems from just about anywhere! The call Center Software from Vocalcom is easy to use on every level within the call center. Being able to seamlessly integrate Salesforce.com and consolidate multiple levels of customer interactions reduces support costs and increases speed to service. It's simple to use yet full of features. The implementation, training and support teams have been fantastic, extremely helpful and responsive. Movement of calls between multi sites have been alot easier - A true pleasure to work with.

    Amazingly simple yet really powerful call center software.

    Vocalcom call center software is everything you need in a call center. The Vocalcom CTI has been fantastic! It is ensuring everything is done in an efficient manner and streamlining processes within other business applications. Implementation has been smooth and the integration with salesforce is simple. We are already seeing an increase in both activities and efficiencies. The call recording capabilities are particularly useful for compliance and training. Our agents have been able to process a significantly larger number of emails, chat, and social interactions with Vocalcom call center software, compared to the systems we have had in the past, without compromising the accuracy of answers. Consumers appreciate the high quality and rapid response time Arvato offers. Vocalcom call center software has proved to be the single largest contributor to the operational efficiency that we have achieved in our contact centers.

    There is no comparison to the functions that Vocalcom call center software has.

    Vocalcom call center software meets all of our call center needs. The design of this software is great. We have been using Vocalcom cloud contact center since January 2014. The software itself has more capabilities than any other that we reviewed. The functionality is great! In addition they seamlessly integrate with many of the CRM and Workforce Management tools (ie Salesforce, ZenDesk, Microsoft Dynamics) Compare all of the players in the space...you will see that there is no comparison to the functions that Vocalcom call center software has. Many of the functions are not even available with the others. We have already recommended it to several of our partners.

    Vocalcom call center software has been transformative to our business.

    Very user friendly and flexible call center software. Been using Vocalcom call center software app over 8 month now and has been a stable and an excellent product with seamless integration with Salesforce. We looked at several call center software vendors, but none could match the flexibility, cost-effectiveness and depth of integration with Salesforce that Vocalcom call center software provides. Call handling activities now seamlessly integrate with Salesforce, enabling us to identify callers, prioritise calls and deliver a completely personalised, world-class customer experience. Amazing call quality, super easy and straightforward user interface, great reporting tools.

    Contact Center Software for SAP

    Easy Integration with SAP CRM

    As part of a call center implementation at a former client, we integrated Vocalcom contact center software with our SAP CRM Customer Interaction Center system. We used Vocalcom for phone and email routing and then SAP CRM provided the front end interface for the call center agents. The software was easy to use as far as identifying users and setting up routing rules, and the integration process was seamless. SAP has since fixed these issues, which were related to agents handling multiple interactions simultaneously. Overall and excellent contact center software that I would recommend without reservation.

    The software in general is very easy to use and operate.

    We has been using Vocalcom for over 6 months now. The incredible support and sales staff have been great. Their call center software has increased our leads, conversions and sales over 45%. The software in general is very easy to use and operate. The functionality of everything and what you can do is incredible. The reporting interface in clean and simple and the system integrates with our sales manager system through an api. There was no problem setting up anything and we have no issues at all.

    Predictive dialer

    Simply the most productive predictive dialer solution.

    We are calling five times as many contacts as we were before Vocalcom predictive dialer. Since appointment setting is all about the numbers, volume is important. The appointment setters love the software and its ease of use. I love the way we can track all of the communication with leads, prospects, and customers. Vocalcom predictive dialer gives our Call Center the tools it needs to complete its functions effectively and efficiently. Vocalcom's Support Team is always available and very quick to take action if needed. The product is user-friendly and easily trainable to new hires. It's a great tool for call centers and provides a lot of additional outbound calling functionality that's not available through traditional predictive dialer software.
