It's why we foresee a successful, long-term relationship. Sales productivity has increased dramatically and we are able to build the reports that we need to monitor our efforts.     A contact center software is very well-made.

    The software is very well-made. The Vocalcom contact center software is very user-friendly and functional. Our case manager has been wonderful going through everything with us, helping us understand how to best use the system to our advantage. If you are already using another program, I would still encourage you to check this out. Look at its functionality, simplicity, user-friendliness, and organization. Not only is the software great, but the people work directly with you, show you how to use the system, and come up with a game plan specifically for what you want. They are wonderful, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

    We are thrilled with the flexibility, customization, ease of use and the capabilities provided by Vocalcom contact center software. It really has enhanced our services and responses time as well as the customer experience we provide. The contact center software interface is easy to use and quick. It allows our support team to tackle a high volume of tickets and either solve the problem or escalate it to our engineering team. Vocalcom contact center software also includes excellent reporting so we can track how effective each agent is and identify problem based on ticket volumes. It's also really customizable.

    Easy, affordable, dynamic, efficient and a useful predictive dialer till now. I have experienced. Campaign starting is so easy and simple. No complexity and no hesitation. Packages are well set, easy to afford and meet the requirements as I believe. I used the starter package for checking this system while I was new here. I will surely recommend this call center system. Productivity has skyrocketed and so have sales. Contact rates tripled and sales have increased significantly.

    Really nice integration to Salesforce.

    Vocalcom offers a superb native dialing solution for Salesforce. I am speaking here as a salesforce user and I was very impressed with everything that I have seen. From the speed of deployment through to service and support they have a geniune desire to improve your business. Predictive dialing, click to dial, call routing, IVR, recording and then workflow into Salesforce is crisp and integtates so well. I've been testing this for the last few months and this technology is incredible. Productivity has skyrocketed and so have sales. Contact rates tripled and sales have increased significantly. Predictive dialer installation took 5 minutes. Vendor support team has been very responsive. This native dialing solution has the highest ROI of anything I've tested.

    The service after the sale is way above expectations.

    What attracted me to Vocalcom was the fact that they offered integration for my current CRM. After looking into several companies, these guys had all the right answers and have delivered on what they promised. The service after the sale is way above expectations as well. Contact center softwere from Vocalcom is the only contact center product that allowed us have a unified queue for chat, phone, and email. It is completely browser based and works with any phone. This allows me to have my reps work from anywhere and cover a greater range of support hours. The set up and configuration was quick and easy and we were up and running in just a few days. I recommend Vocalcom contact center software for all your contact center needs.

For a small or large business, the application fits. Vocalcom contact center software provided an almost limitless ability to customize for specific applications. Their support was exceptional, and I could create my own dashboard look the way that I wanted it. Whenever a question arose, the Vocalcom staff was more than willing to help us out.
