Easy Integration with SAP CRM

As part of a call center implementation at a former client, we integrated Vocalcom contact center software with our SAP CRM Customer Interaction Center system. We used Vocalcom for phone and email routing and then SAP CRM provided the front end interface for the call center agents. The software was easy to use as far as identifying users and setting up routing rules, and the integration process was seamless. SAP has since fixed these issues, which were related to agents handling multiple interactions simultaneously. Overall and excellent contact center software that I would recommend without reservation.
