Conscientes de cela, les entreprises investissent beaucoup dans la formation des opérateurs afin qu’ils soient capables de bien faire leur travail (formation aux diverses technologies, mise en place de scripts d’appels, encadrement des managers, etc.). Si par exemple, l’entreprise est en train de proposer des offres spéciales ou des réductions, l'opérateur doit aussi être conscient qu’il est capital de communiquer ces informations aux clients. Il doit être bien formé aux diverses technologies mises en place par le centre d’appels de l’entreprise, tels que les logiciels, les réseaux sociaux, ou tout autre canal sur lequel il pourra communiquer avec les clients.</span></p>\r\n
              <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soyez proactif</span></h2>\r\n
              <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">L’opérateur doit être capable de déceler toute forme de détresse ou de déception chez le client. Pour cela, lui offrir une réduction ou autre dans le même style sera vu comme un geste de bonne volonté, et pourrait éviter que le client ne soit frustré. De même, lorsqu’un opérateur se rend compte que la résolution d’un problème va prendre un certain temps (contact d’autres opérateurs ou managers), il doit prévenir le client à l’avance et planifier un rappel, lorsque tout sera prêt. Autre exemple : lors des livraisons, offrir des informations de manière proactive est également un excellent moyen de garder le client informé et surtout satisfait.</span></p>\r\n
              <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">3-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soyez empathique</span></h2>\r\n
              <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lorsqu’un client n’est pas satisfait, il est important de faire preuve d’empathie et de présenter ses excuses, tout en s’assurant que le problème sera bien résolu. Les clients apprécient beaucoup ce côté « humain » que vous pouvez leur témoigner. Ceci vous aidera à regagner leur confiance. </span></p>\r\n
              <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">4-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soyez confiant</span></h2>\r\n
              <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">L’empathie et la confiance vont de pair. Lorsqu’un opérateur fait preuve de compassion pour le client, il doit aussi le rassurer quant à la résolution du problème, comme évoqué précédemment. Mais il devra aussi montrer qu’il est confiant, pour convaincre le client. Il faudra notamment se montrer confiant lorsqu’il lui proposera les produits et services de l’entreprise. En effet, un opérateur compétent est avant tout celui qui croit lui-même en l’entreprise ou la marque qu’il vend.</span></p>\r\n
              <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soyez reconnaissant</span></h2>\r\n
              <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">N’oubliez pas de remercier le client, ne serait-ce que pour son temps passé avec vous, car comme on dit, le temps c’est de l’argent.</span></p>\r\n
              <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">6-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soyez stratégique</span></h2>\r\n
              <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dans certains cas, il se peut que le problème du client ne soit pas du ressort de l'opérateur, ou que le traitement de sa demande requiert un délai plus long. Il est important de prévoir ceci à l’avance, et d’être préparé à rappeler le client pour l’informer des délais supplémentaires, ou bien à transférer la demande du client à un autre service si nécessaire. </span></p>\r\n
              <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">7-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soyez patient</span></h2>\r\n
              <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Si un client appelle un service client, c’est bien évidemment pour être entendu. Souvent, l’échange est un peu difficile surtout lorsque le client est frustré dès le début. Dans de tels circonstances, il faut faire preuve de patience, s’assurer de bien avoir compris le besoin du client, et demander davantage de détails si nécessaire. Ce serait une erreur de laisser paraître que vous êtes pressé d’en finir !</span></p>\r\n
              <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">8-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bien articuler</span></h2>\r\n
              <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Il est important que les opérateurs communiquent de manière claire, que ce soit au téléphone ou lors d’un chat vidéo. Il est recommandé de ne pas parler rapidement, d’articuler et d’employer un vocabulaire professionnel. Il ne faut pas non plus hésiter à demander si le client a bien tout compris, et/ou s’il a besoin d’éclaircissements supplémentaires.</span></p>\r\n
              <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">9-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">La prestance</span></h2>\r\n
              <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Il est important d’avoir un ton amical tout en restant poli, et de savoir mettre à l’aise le client. N’hésitez pas à lui poser des questions pour clarifier son besoin et déterminer comment vous pouvez lui venir en aide.</span></p>\r\n
              <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">10-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">  </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soyez efficace</span></h2>\r\n
              <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Le temps c’est de l’argent, aussi bien pour le client que pour l'opérateur. Ceci dit, l'opérateur ne doit pas oublier qu’il a pour mission de fournir un service de qualité avant tout, et optimiser en premier lieu le temps du client. Pour cela, l'opérateur doit être efficace et être en mesure de réagir rapidement (résolution de problèmes, planification de rappels, transfert vers un autre canal, etc.).</span></p>\r\n

Si par exemple, l’entreprise est en train de proposer des offres spéciales ou des réductions, l'opérateur doit aussi être conscient qu’il est capital de communiquer ces informations aux clients. Il doit être bien formé aux diverses technologies mises en place par le centre d’appels de l’entreprise, tels que les logiciels, les réseaux sociaux, ou tout autre canal sur lequel il pourra communiquer avec les clients.</span></p>\r\n
          <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soyez proactif</span></h2>\r\n
          <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">L’opérateur doit être capable de déceler toute forme de détresse ou de déception chez le client. Pour cela, lui offrir une réduction ou autre dans le même style sera vu comme un geste de bonne volonté, et pourrait éviter que le client ne soit frustré. De même, lorsqu’un opérateur se rend compte que la résolution d’un problème va prendre un certain temps (contact d’autres opérateurs ou managers), il doit prévenir le client à l’avance et planifier un rappel, lorsque tout sera prêt. Autre exemple : lors des livraisons, offrir des informations de manière proactive est également un excellent moyen de garder le client informé et surtout satisfait.</span></p>\r\n

          <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lorsqu’un client n’est pas satisfait, il est important de faire preuve d’empathie et de présenter ses excuses, tout en s’assurant que le problème sera bien résolu. Les clients apprécient beaucoup ce côté « humain » que vous pouvez leur témoigner. Ceci vous aidera à regagner leur confiance. </span></p>\r\n

Lorsqu’un opérateur fait preuve de compassion pour le client, il doit aussi le rassurer quant à la résolution du problème, comme évoqué précédemment. Mais il devra aussi montrer qu’il est confiant, pour convaincre le client. Il faudra notamment se montrer confiant lorsqu’il lui proposera les produits et services de l’entreprise. En effet, un opérateur compétent est avant tout celui qui croit lui-même en l’entreprise ou la marque qu’il vend.</span></p>\r\n
          <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soyez reconnaissant</span></h2>\r\n
          <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">N’oubliez pas de remercier le client, ne serait-ce que pour son temps passé avec vous, car comme on dit, le temps c’est de l’argent.</span></p>\r\n

          <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dans certains cas, il se peut que le problème du client ne soit pas du ressort de l'opérateur, ou que le traitement de sa demande requiert un délai plus long. Il est important de prévoir ceci à l’avance, et d’être préparé à rappeler le client pour l’informer des délais supplémentaires, ou bien à transférer la demande du client à un autre service si nécessaire. </span></p>\r\n
          <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">7-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soyez patient</span></h2>\r\n
          <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Si un client appelle un service client, c’est bien évidemment pour être entendu. Souvent, l’échange est un peu difficile surtout lorsque le client est frustré dès le début. Dans de tels circonstances, il faut faire preuve de patience, s’assurer de bien avoir compris le besoin du client, et demander davantage de détails si nécessaire. Ce serait une erreur de laisser paraître que vous êtes pressé d’en finir !</span></p>\r\n
          <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">8-</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">      </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bien articuler</span></h2>\r\n
          <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Il est important que les opérateurs communiquent de manière claire, que ce soit au téléphone ou lors d’un chat vidéo. Il est recommandé de ne pas parler rapidement, d’articuler et d’employer un vocabulaire professionnel. Il ne faut pas non plus hésiter à demander si le client a bien tout compris, et/ou s’il a besoin d’éclaircissements supplémentaires.</span></p>\r\n

Ceci dit, l'opérateur ne doit pas oublier qu’il a pour mission de fournir un service de qualité avant tout, et optimiser en premier lieu le temps du client. Pour cela, l'opérateur doit être efficace et être en mesure de réagir rapidement (résolution de problèmes, planification de rappels, transfert vers un autre canal, etc.).</span></p>\r\n
